Full Moon Day Of Tasaungmone

21.11.2010 is Full Moon Day of Tasaungmone according to our Myanmar calendar. Tasaungmone is the eighth month of Myanmar calender and we, Myanmar people celebrate Tasaungdaing festival all over the country. It is one of the religious festivals in Myanmar. During Tasaungdaing festival people celebrate the night with various kinds of lights. Homes, buildings and streets are illuminated. The main activity is offering yellow robes to Buddha images at the pagodas and monks at the monasteries. The offering ceremony is commonly called "Kathein" , "Kathina" in Pali. A traditional discipline is that one monastery can only accept one "Kathein". 

                                                       This is Donatation for "Kathein".
And we believe that it is medicated if we eat the salad of the Kassod's buds at mid night on the Full Moon Day of Tasaungmone. We call it "Me`za li phuu " salad and medicated night. :)

This is "Me` Za Li Phuu" that Grow in Our Country.But Today midnight my Sweet love  "Ma" and Me can't eat "Me` Za Li phuu Thote" ,Because we have not Kassod's buds.So She Just Pray look at the full moon at the Corridor and I  Just Prepare "La Fat Thote" For Medicated night.:)

And I just Pray that we unite and build happy family in our future life with my lovely Sweet "Kay Khine Cho"  that I call "Ma".So Happy with us today our traditional medicated night with us!
